I have to thank Professor McDevitt for reminding me that I have avenues to success right here with my classmates. I would like to invite you guys to research this helpful and interesting website, www.wegivebooks.org. It is a site with a variety of interesting, interactive books for children of all ages books. These books can be set up in different formats for the children's enjoyment; puppet shows, read-a-longs, powerpoint where the stories are read to the child or you can just read the books to the children. For very book you read, My center will get a boo in my name. You register and it will ask you how you heard about the site and you will type in my name Cathy Jenkins from SALA Learning Center.

Thanks so much Cathy for posting this! My advocacy plan is on early literacy and I think I will add a link to this site on my website. This is a great resource for parents and teachers; I love the idea of using different nedia for reading books to children!
